The atmosphere strikes a balance between rustic mountain lodge and friendly neighborhood hangout, with staff who genuinely engage and know their beers well. The brewing focus shines through their diverse selection of house-made options, like the crisp Mountain Time IPA, smooth Apricot Snowsheweisen, or the robust Sunrise Coffee Porter, catering to a range of palates. Amazing Brewery in Sierra foothills. Great place to stop for a beer after a day in the snow. Excellent selection of their own hand crafted beers. Excellent servers who care about their customers and offer excellent recommendations.

Misty was the perfect hostess. She was as attentive as we needed and gave great feedback on our questions. The food was outstanding and the apricot wheat was better than I remember. Try the flank steak sandwich!!!!!!

Fantastic brewery to stop into on Hwy 4, especially after a long day! The staff were friendly and the service was pretty quick; my sandwich was ready in about 15-20 minutes after calling in my order. The food was hearty bar food; great for when you really want something delicious and greasy. The garlic fries were not amazing, but they were fine, and still very hot when served. The sandwich had a large serving of chicken and bacon, and was packed with flavor. They don't offer a huge selection of beers, but pretty much all of them are flavorful and distinct; they're likely to have something you'll enjoy. Overall a great place to stop for lunch!
